Tuition Agreement:

  1. Tuition fees for each period must be different; depending on the course; the number of hours, the target score, the level, and depends on the number of students and the method of implementation. Therefore, you should contact them directly for accurate advice.

  2. Tuition fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE after students begin their formal studies.

  3. If the teacher cannot arrange the teaching time, the remaining tuition fees will be refunded to the student within 30 days.

  4. Please arrange your work so that the course will not be interrupted, affecting the time and work of both parties.

Agreement on Study Time.

  1. The duration of the study (date and time) can be negotiated between the two parties, but must not last more than 1 month for the quality to be condensed. ا ا

  2. Each class session must not be more than 15 minutes later than the committed start time and not end 15 minutes later than the end time.

  3. Punctuality shows care and respect for other people's time. Please treat the ONLINE class as your job. If you don't support being late to work, please don't be late to class, especially grade 1-1.

Agreement on assignments

  1. Students must do their homework before the deadline . If there are no assignments, the session is considered to be deducted from the total time.

  2. Students are not allowed to copy information or samples without citing their own sources.

  3. Exercises will be assigned according to the student's learning capacity, and customized up and down according to the student's efforts so that the student always has a bit of a challenge in each lesson.

  4. Teacher Gia will closely follow and answer, make sure not to get lost and confused because the class has only 1-3 students. Devotion is best for you.

  5. Students and teachers must have the responsibility to communicate quickly and continuously with each other about the questions in the course so that the teacher can provide timely support.

  3. Cancel class

    • IELTSTHAYGIA will not accept any tolerance for students' attitudes, behavior, words, and insults towards the course and the teacher. In that case, we will cancel the class without refunding the course. fee.

    • Please note that the time of both is important, if you apply for a reservation in the middle, you will not be accepted and the class will be considered terminated.
